Simulating Virtual Business Environments - Performance appraisal
One of the world's largest food processors used an Edit 515 simulation as part of its regular annual assessment of middle managers deemed to be ready for promotion.
Working with Human Resource Management (HRM) consultants responsible for the assessment, Edit 515 provides a simulation for candidates to work on, in teams, while under close and continuous observation by senior managers. With three observers present for each team, the behaviour of the participants in the performance of the team is noted and analysed, giving factual data which contributes to the selection process.
