A large international drinks company formed a special globetrotting team to carry through a complex change management exercise. These people would be working simultaneously at several sites around the world making executive decisions to implement the changes.
The problem was - would this group be able to work together as a team, when they would rarely meet and depend on electronic communications to keep in touch?
